Dr. Nii Amoo
A senior professional combining academic grounding with practical business experience. Dr. Amoo has deep experience across strategy, SME structuring and family business governance in Ghana, and leads the firm’s advisory direction and client relationships.
Dr. Samuel Ofori-Danso
Dr. Ofori-Danso brings more than 30 years’ experience in the financial sector, including former CFO and CEO roles in Ghanaian SMEs. His doctoral research focuses on the transition of SMEs beyond founder-centred management, informing the firm’s approach to professionalisation and growth.
Francis Brobbey
